On Saturday Jon and I attended Lexington's (lil buddha) birthday celebration. We broke the rules and bought him a little car racetrack that spins the cars. We also got him some nutter butters...he is a big fan of peanut butter :D It was really nice to see some of the guys and their wives from the Boy's classes that were invited. His party was at a really nice park so all the kids could play while the adults sat and ate all the delicious BBQ hotdogs, those heavenly beans I mentioned in an earlier post, vegetables with dip and chips. We also had baby cupcakes and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. While we were eating Jon "secretly" gave Lil Buddha a yummy Dum Dum sucker. That silly baby was so sticky!! After the main meal we sang and had the cupcakes and doughnuts. Lil Buddha had a chocolate cupcake plus a doughnut :D. We had to strip him down to a diaper before he ate and it was a good thing because he had chocolate all over his body!
It was an amazing party and we enjoyed everyones company <3 It is crazy to think that this time last year Jon and I had just known and been dating each other for a few weeks and now we are married and are expecting a baby! Crazy how much happens in a year :)
