We took Nova to the Zoo for the first time. It was a short trip because of all the construction but what really made it worth it were the tigers! There were at least five of them (parents and their three cubs though they were pretty grown up). They were out and pacing right next to the fence and two of the younger tigers were pacing on a overbridge. It was soooo cool. The elephants were out moving around too so Nova was able to watch the baby one spray water out of its trunk and eat hay. We bought Nova a little tiger that will sleep in his bed to protect him from bad dreams. It was an amazing outing and one I will remember.  |
